Dr L.C. Sharma, MD of IIRD, participated as a speaker in SMART CITIES and SMART VILLAGES Conclave in May 2019, in Delhi. In the conclave Dr Sharma presented Mission RIEV as a key tool to make villages smart by facilitating people and ushering holistic rural development. The event was a vital platform to share the vision behind initiation this Mission and how it has impacted a number of lives in a positive way.
