The vegetables not only make our food delectable but also sustain us with their high-nutritious properties. These food source derived from nature are essential in keeping us healthy and improve our immunity, which is truly vital in these times marred by the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, simply knowing the importance of consuming healthy food is not sufficient because these days the food we eat must be clean and safe for consumption, a need we at IIRD completely understand.
