IIRD added yet another laurel to its repository of achievements when its Board of Directors were invited to join the United Nations Global Conference and UNISDR ARISE International Conference in Geneva (Switzerland) in May 2019. IIRD’s hard work and efforts in becoming a sustainable organisation while serving thousands of people in rural regions, especially through Mission RIEV, were recognised by the United Nations. The presence of dignitaries from all over the globe meant that IIRD and Mission RIEV got the opportunity to propagate the message and vision far and wide.
